DESCRIPTION:After 11 years of bringing you interesting\, unexpected\, unusual\, overlooked and fun cinema\, we thought it was time to celebrate with a get-together. \n\n\n\nWith weekly screening events now happening at WWC\, we’ve decided to create a space for film lovers of all kinds to informally connect\, meet new people\, share what you love about film\, learn about film and chat about cinema’s latest hot topics\, all in a totally pressure free and relaxed environment. \n\n\n\nEach event will offer a chance to grab a drink and mingle with fellow cinephiles\, as well as enjoy a series of short presentations from WWC. These could include short films\, exclusive previews\, or spotlighting creatives such as actors or directors\, highlighting a genre\, or even bringing you films about cinema itself\, as well as the process behind the camera.  \n\n\n\nOne of our key aims has always been to build a community around a shared love of film. If this first event is a success\, we hope to make it a regular fixture.
